There are two ways your voice earns: the feature (up front) and downstream (after a track lives). Plus your publishing, which is always 100% yours.
When you make a song with your own voice, it costs you nothing. Type an idea, get a track in your voice, as many as you want. Your twin isn't just something others rent — it's your studio, on the house. Others pay to use you; you never pay to use yourself.
This is the money you earn every single time a maker puts your twin on a track. It's the core of how you get paid, and it's locked in.
You set your own price. You decide what one use of your twin is worth — minimum $1, no ceiling. A bigger name charges more. It's your call.
The maker pays a small platform fee on top of your price — not out of it. So Twinset earns from the maker's side, and your pay is never shaved down to cover us.

The platform fee on top applies to everyone — that's how Twinset earns even while founding artists keep 100% of their price. Founding-100 is a lifetime perk for the first 100 artists.
If a track made with your twin gets released and earns — streaming, sync placements, or an artist officially adopting it — that's downstream money, and you share in it.

This is the question every artist asks, and it's where most AI platforms get shady. So here it is straight. A song is really three separate things, and they're owned by different people.

The maker keeps the publishing on what they wrote — because they held the pen. That's normal, and it's fair.
You still get paid for your voice — every single time your twin is used, whether you wrote a word or not. That's your feature fee up front, plus your downstream share if it earns. Your voice is its own paycheck, separate from the writing.
And Twinset takes 0% of anybody's publishing. Not yours, not the maker's. We never touch the writing.
If you write the song, the publishing is 100% yours. Twinset takes none of it, ever. This is the piece most deals quietly eat — we don't.
That's called adoption — you officially take a maker's song and release it as your own. When that happens, the splits (publishing, master, everything) are negotiated between you and Twinset — nothing is forced. You're in the driver's seat.

First 25 founding producers keep 100% of their catalog price for life. The platform still earns the maker-side fee, so it costs you nothing.
The $5 bucket is the entry tier that sits under the premium catalog. It's cheap on purpose — a way in for everyday talent, and a proving ground. There are two: one for voices, one for beats.
Not everyone is a name yet. The $5 bucket lets makers take a low-risk chance on real, everyday voices and beats — still consented, still paid — without cheapening the premium roster where established artists set their own higher prices.
It's a proving ground. The voices and beats that get used a lot graduate up to the premium catalog, where you set your own real price. Start cheap, get discovered, level up.
Note: the Crate is the one place the split comes out of the $5 (not a fee on top) — that's what keeps it a clean, flat $5 for the maker. Your full-price catalog (up to 100 beats) is separate: you set those prices, and Founding-25 producers keep 100% there.
