[Legal entity to be confirmed] operating Twinset · twinset.pages.dev
Twinset is a marketplace for authorized, consent-based AI voice and beat "twins." A creator (artist or producer) trains a licensed AI model on material they own. Other users ("makers") can then license that twin to generate a track, and the creator is paid. Twinset is a for-profit service.
Creating a twin is entirely voluntary. Nothing about your voice, style, or catalog is used without your explicit consent.
You must be 18 or older to create an account, upload material, or license a twin. By using Twinset you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Keep your password private. If you forget it, you can reset it from the password-reset page. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You keep ownership of your voice, your style, and your recordings. Twinset does not claim ownership of them.
When you create a twin, you grant Twinset a limited license to (a) train an AI model on the material you upload, (b) operate your twin so makers can license it, and (c) display previews, your chosen name/handle, and your photo or cover art in the catalog. This license exists only to run your twin and lasts only while your twin is active.
You promise that everything you upload is yours to license — no label master, no uncleared sample, no other performer's voice, and no other writer's uncredited split. This is the single rule that keeps every twin the authorized, licensed version. You are responsible for the material you upload, and you agree to cover Twinset for claims arising from material you did not have the right to use.
Your consent is recorded when you create a twin. You can withdraw your twin at any time, and Twinset will stop generating new tracks with it going forward. Withdrawal does not undo tracks that were already generated and licensed before you withdrew, and does not reverse payments already earned or owed.
You set your own price per generation (subject to a minimum). When a maker licenses your twin, you are paid per use. Founding creators (the first 100 artists / first producers under the founding program) keep 100% of their set price; standard creators keep the published creator share. A separate platform fee is charged to the maker on top of your price, so your payout is not reduced by it. Downstream revenue terms (for example, streaming or adoption of a track) are being finalized with counsel and will be governed by a separate written creator agreement before they apply.
Payouts are processed through our payment provider. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
When you license a twin, you may use the resulting track within the terms shown at checkout. You agree not to use a twin to impersonate the creator, to make statements the creator did not authorize, or in any way that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or harassing. The creator reviews and can decline uses where they have chosen manual approval.
A real person reviews twins before they go live. Twinset may refuse, pause, or remove any twin, upload, or generated content, and may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may not use Twinset to:
Twinset respects intellectual property. If you believe content on Twinset infringes your rights, see our Copyright / DMCA page for how to file a notice. We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
Payments and payouts are handled by our third-party payment processor. Twinset does not store your full card details. Fees and any refund eligibility are shown at the point of purchase.
Twinset is provided "as is." AI-generated audio may not perfectly match a creator's voice or intent, and we do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or availability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Twinset is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [three] months before the claim.
[Governing law and dispute-resolution terms — including any arbitration provision — to be set by counsel before launch.]
We may update these terms as Twinset grows; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, give notice. Questions: finau177nova@icloud.com.
